Eco Fence Posts can support wooden panels and benefit also from their superior strength, weatherability and 20 year manufacturer warranty. Go one step further to prolong the life of timber panels by using a single Eco Fence Board as a gravel board to provide a protective barrier between the ground and wooden panels.
DID YOU KNOW? In manufacturing Eco Fencing, recycled PVC granules are heated to 195° and the molten PVC is then fed into a tool to form the profile of the board or post. The profile is then immersed in a 6m tank of cold water to cool. Even after immersion, profiles may retain residual heat, which can cause profiles to sweet when packed and result in some blotching. This is expected and not a fault, the profiles will weather naturally, and the blotchiness will fade. PLEASE NOTE: In some situations, the colour of the boards may fade, but the integrity of the board will not be compromised. Should this happen, the appearance of the boards can be rejuvenated with a suitable exterior spray paint.
Another great use for Eco Fence Boards is to help prolong the life of timber panels, which can be done by using a single Eco Fence Board as a gravel board to provide a protective barrier between the ground and the wooden panel.
